• Humidifier: the ATMO diffuser pleasantly moistens the ambient air, improving respiratory comfort. Its 2 mist settings ideally adapt to your needs, with “waterfall” mist to create a relaxing atmosphere, and “volcano” mist for a more invigorating mood.
• Atmospheric light: gentle white light with adjustable brightness; can complement diffusion. In the sleep mode, the 2 mist effects and progressive dimming of light over 30 minutes encourage falling asleep.
• Essential oil diffuser: for the first signs of winter, moments of relaxation, summer evening insects… whatever the season, vaporised essential oils create a genuine moment of well-being. Add a few drops of your chosen essential oils to the water tank to create an aromatic diffusion with different qualities. Essential oils properties are perfectly retained thanks to cool ionising.
Silent and easy to clean, the diffuser is perfect for daily use, with complete peace of mind. When the water tank reaches maximum capacity (150 ml), diffusion can last up to 10 hours. Universal and innovative, it can be plugged in using its USB/USB-C cable.
We recommend only diffusing ready-to-use Puressentiel® diffusion blends or 100% pure and natural, botanically, and biochemically defined essential oils from the Puressentiel® range.
How to use
The instructions for use are available on the leaflet and should be read before use.
- Place the diffuser on a flat, stable surface, far from the edge. Do not place on or near furniture or a moisture-sensitive surface.
- Remove the diffuser’s glass covering and inner cover. The covering is made of glass and is therefore fragile. Please handle carefully.
- Fill the reservoir with cold water, without exceeding the maximum water level gauge (max 150 ml).
- Next, add a few drops of Puressentiel® essential oil or blend for diffusion: 1-2 drops for 10 ml of water.
- Replace the inner lid by placing the triangular mark over the air outlet. Then carefully replace the glass cover on the diffuser base.
- Insert the power supply adapter into the USB-C port located at the back of the diffuser.
Connect the power supply’s USB adapter to an adapter outlet (100-240V adapter outlet with continuous 5 V output) and plug the adapter in.
Diffusion feature
- Press on the button once to start the “waterfall” mist diffusing feature: mist goes down. The diffuser stops when the water level is too low.
- Press on the button again to start the “volcano” mist diffusing feature: mist goes up. The diffuser stops when the water level is too low.
- Press on the button a third time to activate the sleep mode: “volcano” mist for 15 min with ajustable light intensity, then “waterfall” mist for 15 min as the brightnes progressively dims. Total diffuser shutdown (brightness and diffusion) after 30 min.
- Press a fourth time to totally turn diffusion off.
Light feature
To set the brightness: turn the button to the right to increase brightness, and to the leftto reduce it.
Warnings
Read these precautions carefully before using the diffuser. Clean the water tank every three days.
Warning: Micro-organisms potentially present in the water or in the environment in which the device is used or stored may develop in the water tank and be diffused into the air. This may cause very serious health risks if the water is not changed
and the tank is not cleaned properly every 3 days. Never leave water in the tank when the device is not in use. High humidity levels can contribute to the development of biological organisms in the environment.
- Make sure your power supply is compatible with the one provided on the product’s description plate. - Never use a device that has a damaged cord or adapter. Also avoid using it if it is defective, falls, or is in any way damaged. Always check the power cable before each use. If it is damaged, it must be replaced by an identical one. - Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device in case of malfunction. Only factory technicians are authorised to disassemble or repair it. - The power cable must be connected to a continuous 5 V, 2A power source, as a minimum. - This device must not be used by children. Keep this device and its power cable out of the reach of children. - This device may be used by people whose physical, sensory, or mental capacities are impaired, or by people with limited experience or knowledge, provided that they are appropriately supervised or that instructions on safely using the device have been provided and if risk factors have been identified and understood. - Cleaning and maintenance of the product must not be carried out by children. - Never immerse the power cable or device in water or other liquids. - Unplug the device when it is not in use. - To unplug it, remove the adapter from the USBC port. Do not pull on the cord to remove the adapter. - Do not use outside. - Only use accessories that are supplied with the device. - The device must be placed on a stable, flat, clear surface. - Never expose the device to rain, sunshine,heat, or frost. - Do not expose the device to fire. - Never turn over the device when there is water in the reservoir. - Never use this product for a purpose other than that for which it is intended. - Make sure not to exceed the maximum water level (150 ml). Always fill the reservoir withwater before adding essential oils. - Never fill the device’s reservoir with pure essential oil or other fragrant substances. - Do not use essential oils that are not recommended for diffusion. - Do not use perfumes or synthetic essences that could damage the diffuser. - The device should only be used with substances recommended for diffusion. The use of other substances may create a risk of toxicity. - Only for ambient diffusion. Do not inhale. - Do not use the essential oil diffuser in the presence of young children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or people suffering from allergies to essential oils. - No liability is accepted for any damage arising from a failure to comply with these instructions, from inadequately using or poorly handling the device.
Cleaning and maintenance
The diffuser is equipped with an ultrasound atomiser, located in the middle of the water reservoir. We recommend thoroughly cleaning the atomiser at least once a month, or more often depending on your usage.
After each use:
1. Switch off and unplug the device.
2. Remove the glass covering and cover, and drain water from the reservoir. Drain water from the opposite side of the vent hole, do not drain water into the vent hole, as this would damage the diffuser.
3. Clean the inside of the diffuser with a soft cloth and some water. Gently rub the
ceramic disk with a cotton swab, being careful not to scratch it.
Monthly cleaning:
1. Switch off and unplug the device.
2. Remove the glass covering and cover, and drain water from the reservoir. Drain water from the opposite side of the vent hole, do not drain water into the vent hole, as this would damage the diffuser.
3. Pour a few drops of white vinegar diluted in some water to remove any residue of essential oils from the reservoir.
4. Drain the water-vinegar mix from the opposite side of the vent hole.
5. Wipe the reservoir with a soft cloth.
