Firming Booster-Drainer:  Level measuring spoon of powder (8g) per day (spoon provided in the pack). Dilute in 200ml of water minimum (hot or cold), stir well. 30-day treatment. Can be repeated several times a year.

Firming Dry Oil:  Spray directly onto the skin or into the palm of the hand. Then, on well-dried skin, massage firmly and repeatedly over the legs, bottom, stomach and arms. Always follow the direction of venous return (in an upward direction). Do this twice a day for two months.

Firming Booster-Drainer It contains caffeine, not recommended for children under 18 and pregnant women and breastfeeding. (caffeine content: 11 mg for 8g of powder).
