The Muscles & Joints Lower Back Heat Patches help to decontract, soothe and relieve muscular and lower back tension thanks to their shape especially designed for the lower back. Formulated with active ingredients from 100% natural origin, combining 14 essential oils (Cajeput, Roman Chamomile, Clove, Eucalyptus, Wintergreen, Juniper, Lavandin, Marjoram, Peppermint, Niaouli, Nutmeg, Pine, Rosemary, Turpentine) and capsicum, they provide a pleasant heating sensation for 8 hours, which encourages the muscles to decontract. The Lower Back Heat Patches are odourless. Adhesive, flexible and discreet, they adapt to all movements without becoming detached.

Cosmetic aromatherapy based product - Preservative-free - Synthetic perfume-free

The 2 strips on the back of the patch make it easier to apply: see diagram below.

1/ Start applying the patch by positioning it in the middle of the lower back area. Remove the first protective strip (1), starting at the centre and peeling it away from the top downwards. Stick the patch onto the skin as you gradually remove the protective strip.

2/ Repeat the process for the second protective strip (2). Warning! Do not remove the protective strip all at once, as the patch might stick to itself. If applied to very hairy skin, the patch can be removed more easily under the shower stream (make sure the water is not too hot; water at room temperature is ideal).

Not recommended for children under 15 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with a prior history of convulsions or epileptic seizures. Persons receiving medical treatment should seek the advice of a healthcare specialist. Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates or to one of the ingredients. Keep out of the reach of children. Lower Back Heat Patches should be applied to healthy, dry and non-greasy skin. They should not be applied to sensitive skin, the face, wounds, mucous membranes, or irritated skin especially after depilation or shaving. Do not apply to areas of the body that may be constricted (tight clothing, inside of the elbow, back of the knee, etc.). Lower Back Heat Patches provide a heating sensation of varying intensity and duration depending on each person's individual reaction and may cause some normal localised skin redness. If you feel a burning sensation, develop a skin irritation or allergy, remove the patch immediately. Do not wear for over 8 hours.
