All about periods : 5 natural remedies
PMS, Amenorrhea, Menorrhagia, Dysmenorrhea: discover all about periods. How to reduce period pain naturally? How to trigger menstruation? Where do you massage for period cramps?
The period of vaginal bleeding occurs in average every twenty-eight days for women with an ovulatory activity (after puberty and before menopause). The antispasmodic and emmenagogic properties of plants such as mugwort and tarragon have been recognised and used in medicine since ancient times. Hormones are produced by the endocrine glands and remotely regulate the organs’ functions. If their blood concentration is too high or too low, disorders occur. For example, an excess of oestrogen can cause ovarian cysts or heavy menstruation to women. Hormonal balance is, therefore, essential to health, and it is important to monitor it.
The absence or disappearance of menstruation can be due to various causes: stress, excessive efforts, excessive weight loss (anorexia).
To trigger menstruation: Blend 5 drops of essential oil of cardamom, 10 drops of essential oils of clary sage, 10 ml of vegetable oil of camelina. Massage the lower back with 4 drops of this mixture three times a day for a few days.
Menstruation is often too abundant between the ages of forty and fifty. It can lead to fatigue and anaemia.
Essential oils can help to regulate menstrual flow and reduce the fatigue.
Massage oil: Blend 15 drops of yarrow essential oil, 15 drops of geranium essential oil, 2 tablespoons of sweet almond vegetable oil.
Massage the lower abdomen with 6 drops of this mixture, twice a day.
Painful menstruation plague nearly half of all young women. They lead to the consumption of medication, sometimes heavily.
To relieve: Blend 10 drops of yarrow essential oil, 10 drops of clary sage essential oil, 10 ml of neutral vegetable oil or calophyllum.
Massage the belly with this mixture twice a day for a week.
THE TIP OF THE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Gently apply your massage oil to discomfort areas generally the lower abdomen and lower back, but also stimulate the pain points: on the stomach as well as above the ankle, as many times as necessary during the day, for at least 3 minutes.
