Respiratory Steam Inhalation

D-LIMONENE, PINENES (ALPHA OR BETA), EUCALYPTOL, CARVONE, MENTHONE.

Eucalyptus globulus, Curly Mint, Peppermint, Niaouli, Pine, Ravintsara, Tea tree and Thyme.

Dilute one capful from the vial in a bowl or an inhaler filled with hot but not boiling water (one capful in about 400 ml water). Place your head over the bowl after covering it with a towel or place your nose and mouth into the mouthpiece of the inhaler. Inhale the vapours it gives off. 3 times a day for a maximum of 5 days.

Not to be used by children under 15 years old, by pregnant women (in particular during the first 3 months of pregnancy) or if breastfeeding, by anyone with a prior history of convulsions or epileptic seizures, and by anyone allergic to essential oils. Persons receiving medical treatment and children should seek the advice of a healthcare specialist. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and mucous membranes. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Wash hands after contact with essential oils. Do not use product outside its specific application. External use only. Keep in original packaging and away from light, air and heat. May be fatal if swallowed. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Do not use if allergic to any of the constituents. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Dispose of the container/recipient in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
