Refund policy

If you want to return your order, please contact our customer service.

If you benefited an offer when placing your order, you must return your entire order. The refund will be made only if all the products are returned unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging. All the gifts received in my order must also be returned (samples, mini etc.). If you have not benefited from an offer, you must return the product(s) you wish to exchange. The refund will be made only if the products are returned unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging. Place the Delivery Note along with the items you are returning inside the parcel. If you are no longer in possession of it, please write down on free paper the order number, your first and last names then place it in the return parcel. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
