Take 1 capsule a day with a full glass of water during a meal. To be used as a one month cure. Repeat within the year if necessary.

It is generally recommended to take a course of treatment for a maximum of 4 weeks in a row during critical periods when joint mobility is strongly affected: the beginning of autumn (cold and increased humidity) and periods of extreme cold. Any use that differs from the instructions for use must be discussed with the pharmacist or GP.
