The clinical results from the 47 volunteers are extremely positive because they show significant differences on 5 criteria classified as main or secondary namely:

The total sleep time (chosen as the main criteria) increased on average 21 minutes 4 weeks after the reference week.

The dynamism score in the morning improved by 15.8% in the fourth week. The refreshed feeling in the morning increased significantly from the second week showing an improvement of 18.1% in the 4th week compared to the reference week.

The quality of sleep during the night is improved by 12.5%, in the 4th week compared to the reference week. And the quality of sleep score assessed by the Spiegel scale (scale validated and used in the baseline studies, evaluating the following 6 criteria: sleep delay, sleep quality, sleep duration, night awakenings, the number of dreams and the waking state) increased significantly in the second week and improved by 8.3% between the 4th week and the reference week.

The results of this clinical study to evaluate the effectiveness and tolerance of Puressentiel Rest & Relax Air Spray with 12 essential oils, conducted on 47 volunteers suffering from fragmented sleep, show an increase in sleep time and quality of sleep, as well as improvement in awakening during the night over the 3 weeks of continuous use of the product, and even the week after with no product use.
