How to use

Shake the product well before use.
Then apply the Travel Sickness Roller to the skin: inside the wrists, temples and sides of the neck.
Then rub your wrists together and breathe deeply in the aromas of the essential oils.

Use: 30 minutes, 15 minutes and just before travelling, or when discomfort or nausea occurs.

Not to be used by children under 3 years old, by pregnant or breastfeeding women. For people on medical treatment and for children, seek advice from a health professional.
