Community involvement
Puressentiel Laboratory's Quality Policy guarantees a Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments. It defines the company's Raison d'être and Mission and describes the means implemented to achieve these commitments.
The Puressentiel Laboratory Ethics Charter illustrates our concept of ethics, formalising the rules of conduct to guide us in our choices and attitudes in terms of respect for Human Rights, individuals, health, safety, environmental protection, business ethics and anti- corruption. The Code of Conduct illustrates our conception of ethics and formalises the rules of conduct expected in the context of our commercial relations; in terms of respect for human rights and labour law, business ethics and environmental protection.
In this way, all our stakeholders adhere to our requirements in terms of ethics, human rights and respect for the environment!
Well-being and internal promotion
Well-being in the workplace is our priority.
Puressentiel monitors the health and safety of employees and helps to improve working conditions. They propose preventive actions and improvements to safety and working conditions, such as the introduction of teleworking.
To improve the well-being and creativity of employees, Puressentiel has also set up relaxation areas, placed plants in offices which are beneficial to air quality and a pleasant working environment, and offers social, sporting and cultural activities.
Puressentiel adopts a policy of internal promotion by training our employees in new skills and giving them the first opportunity to hear about vacancies so that they can progress within Puressentiel.
Inclusion and diversity
As a company co-founded by a woman and made up of almost 80% women, Puressentiel's professional equality policy is built on 4 pillars:

The Pure Gestures, our everyday eco-actions
The Pure Gestures are the charter of social and environmental recommendations made to our employees:
- Reduce energy consumption.
- Sorting waste and reducing paper use.
- Use of reusable crockery and cutlery.
- Eco-responsible purchasing of office supplies.
- Encouraging soft mobility.
- Annual training in eco-actions.
All these day-to-day actions are brought together in a set of recommendations, known as the Pure Gestures, to reduce the impact of the environmental footprint of our offices and our direct activity.
Selective sorting in our offices
Puressentiel has chosen to use Lemon Tri, a B Corp certified company, to sort our waste in France. We have installed sorting bins for paper, cardboard, aluminium, plastic, coffee grounds, batteries and light bulbs.
Lemon Tri organises the regular collection of sorted waste every week, ensuring that it is recycled correctly. In this way, we can track the waste's progress thanks to monthly reporting that ensures traceability and transparency on recycling. In this way, we can measure the progress and environmental impact of the actions taken.
Workshops and training courses are regularly organised to raise our teams' awareness of good sorting and recycling practices.
