The Muscles & Joints Arnica Rub contains 14 essential oils with relaxing properties  combined with arnica to provide  a natural, effective solution to aid well-being and relaxation.

How to use

Shake the bottle before use.

  • As a rub: pour into the palm of the hand and massage onto the concerned areas once a day.
  • As a compress: apply once a day to the concerned areas using a cotton pad or compress saturated with the rub. Not for oral use. Wash your hands after use.

Warnings

For adults only. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for those with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders. Do not use if you are allergic to one of the ingredients. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist for longer than 7 days. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not apply to broken skin. For external use (max 1 ml/day).
