How to use

Before or after sport, apply a small amount of balm by massaging it into the sensitive muscle and joint areas. 

Apply the Muscles & Joints Soothing Balm, 3 times a day. 

Massage for a few minutes to ensure that the product is well absorbed. Wash your hands after use.

Warnings

Not recommended for children less than 15 years old, for pregnant or breastfeeding women, for those with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders, or those with an allergy to salicylates. For people on medical treatment and for children, seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and damaged skin. Not for use by those with allergies without having carried out a skin patch test first. Keep out of the reach of children. External use only.
