How to use our Muscle Relaxation kit?
- Muscle & Joints Roll-On:
Shake the roller well before applying to painful muscles or joints (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet etc.), 3 times per day. The massage roller ball is ideal for massaging painful areas to promote muscle relaxation. You can always use more of the product and finish with a manual massage. Wash hands after use. - Muscles & Joints Heating Patches:
The patch must be applied to healthy skin, dry and not greasy. It must not be applied to wounds, sensitive skin, the face, irritated skin, mucous membranes, especially after hair removal or shaving. Avoid applying it to areas of the body that may be constricted (tight clothing, inner fold of the elbow, behind the knee, etc.). The patch gives a sensation of heat, the intensity and duration of which varies depending on how each person reacts. If you feel a burning sensation, develop a skin irritation or allergy, remove the patch immediately. Do not wear for over 8 hours.
