WHAT ARE FLORAL WATERS?
Floral water is an aromatic water obtained after distillation of natural raw material (for flowers, it is called "floral water"). The residual water is obtained after separating it from the distillation product (the essential oil). It is much less concentrated in active ingredients (between 0.02% and 0.20%) than essential oils.

ORGANIC CORNFLOWER FLORAL WATER

This little blue wildflower, which grows in French fields, offers a thousand virtues for the eyes. Tired, puffy, and/or dark circles eyes particularly appreciate its soothing, astringent and decongestant effect. When using with compresses, the Organic Cornflower floral water revitalizes, decongests and tones the very fragile and fine skin around the eyes. Its discrete perfume, almost odourless, is very soft and slightly herbaceous.
ORGANIC ORANGE BLOSSOM FLORAL WATER
The fresh flowers of Moroccan Neroli give a soothing and softening, but also invigorating, regenerating and rebalancing floral water. Dehydrated and damaged skin can forget feelings of tightness and skin irritation, your skin will regain its balance and comfort. This floral water with firming properties is also a powerful revitalizer that restores radiance to dull skin. Its delicate fragrance, soft and very floral, is slightly leaked.

ORGANIC GERANIUM FLORAL WATER

The fresh, flowery aerial parts of rose geranium provide a revitalizing and invigorating floral water that boosts the radiance and beauty of dull, oily, or mature skins. HOW TO USE FLORAL WATERS?
As a mist or lotion
In the morning before make-up, to rehydrate the skin, prolong the hold or fix the make-up. In the evening to perfect make-up removal, just before applying your night care to potentiate the effects of the active ingredients.
As a compress
On the eyes to reduce swelling (with organic cornflower floral water), all over the face to soothe certain types of heating such as redness (organic witch hazel floral water ) or sunburn (geranium floral water).
As a skincare
To moisturize, reduce redness, calm razor burn.
KEY QUESTIONS ON FLORAL WATERS
ARE FLORAL WATERS PHOTOSENSITIZING?
Puressentiel floral waters do not contain photosensitizing compounds. However, as a precautionary measure, and to avoid any risk of individual allergy, in the event of planned exposure to the sun, it is preferable to apply the flower water in the evening or morning before showering.
DO YOU HAVE TO WIPE FLORAL WATERS OFF ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SPRAYED ON THE SKIN?
To fully benefit from the floral waters, it is preferable not to wipe the water off, but to wait until the skin completely absorbs it.
WHAT IS THE USE-BY DATE?
Puressentiel floral waters can be used up to six months after opening. However, there is no need to place them in the refrigerator.
IS THE FRAGRANCE NATURAL?
Puressentiel Floral waters are 100% natural, without the addition of synthetic fragrance. They have a slightly more herbaceous scent than the flowers from which they come, except for the cornflower floral water, which is almost odourless. Please note that if a cornflower flower is very aromatic/perfumed, this means that it has been transformed, such as the addition of perfume.
