Powerful anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and analgesic, Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil is ideal to relieve rheumatism (osteoarthritis, arthritis ...) and joint and/or muscle trauma (tendonitis, elongation, contracture, lumbago, torticollis .. .) and nerves inflammation (neuralgia, neuritis, sciatica ...). It is also calming and balancing for the nervous system (anxiety, sleep disorders, nervous imbalance, stress). It is anti fungal, antiviral and antiseptic for the skin. It is a lso a repellent against mosquitoes, lice and other insects and helps also helps relieve stings.

RECIPES
Rheumatism, muscular or osteoarticular pain
Dilute 5 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil in 1 teaspoon of calophyllum oil. Massage the painful area with this blend, 3 times a day, for 1 to 3 weeks depending on the pain.
Anxiety, stress, nervous imbalance
Take 2 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil + 2 drops of sweet almond plant oil on a neutral tablet, 3 or 4 times a day, during 1 to 2 weeks.
Zoster
Apply 4 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil blended with 1 tablespoon of St. John's wort plant oil, 6 times a day until until the lesions disappear

Precautions for use
Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil should always be largely diluted in a plant oil before being applied to the skin.
Do not use :
in pregnant or breastfeeding women,
in children under 7,
in the person allergic to any of the components (citronellal, citronellol, limonene, neral, linalool),
in asthmatics without the advice of an allergist,
in the epileptic people or people having a history of convulsive disorders.

In Madagascar, the Malagasy call it "kininina oliva" like other trees, which means "quinine tree" thanks to its cares for malaria.
Since 1995, its Latin name is "corymbia citriodora" but it remains known as "eucalyptus citriodora".
