2 drops of rosemary cineole essential oil in a large bowl of simmering water. Inhale for 5 minutes, twice a day, for 7 days.
Herpes
1 drop of rosemary cineole essential oil diluted in a mixture of 1 drop of calophylla vegetable oil + 1 drop of St. John's wort plant ulcer to be applied to the fever blister 5 times a day, from the first tingling sensations.
Nervous tiredness
Apply on the wrists 2 drops of rosemary essential oil to cineole, twice a day for 5 days.
