Intestinal pain and spasms
Massage the belly (clockwise) with 5 drops of Siberian Fir essential oil diluted in 1 teaspoon of macadamia vegetable oil, morning, noon and night or at the time of pain, during 3 to 7 days. In children, proceed in the same way but with 2 drops only.
Air purification
Diffuse 10 to 20 drops of Siberian fir essential oil, 3 times a day, for 15 minutes.
Muscle contractures
Massage the painful area with 5 drops of Siberian fir essential oil diluted in 1 tablespoon of calophyll oil for 8 to 10 days.
