Directions
Headache Roll-on: Shake well before use. Apply using acupressure on the tension points: the temples, the middle of the forehead, and above the eyebrows. Follow the hairline from the back of each ear to the bottom of the nape. Finish with the trapezius muscle.
SOS Travel Roll-on: Shake well before use. Apply to the skin, over venous areas on the temples, neck and inside of the wrists. Rub your wrists together and deeply inhale the aromas of the essential oils. When to use: 30 minutes, 15 minutes and then just before the start of your journey, or when feelings of discomfort arise.
Stress Roll-on: Shake well before use. Apply to skin: inside of wrists, temples and sides of the neck. Rub the wrists against one another, and breathe in deeply the scent of the essential oils whenever the feeling of stress arises: take 10 deep breaths.
