How to use
Shake the bottle before use.

It's almost hard to believe how effective this product is and how fast it goes to work. It helps to relieves and soothes my aches and stiffness of overused joints (too much knitting or writing). It also a great natural solution to ease my lower back pain thanks to the combination of Arnica and 14 essential oils with relaxing properties. I will continue to use it!
