How to use
FATIGUE: using a mixture of 2 drops of essential oil of thyme linalool diluted in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, massage along the spine twice daily for 5 days. Adults only.
ACNE: perform a twice-weekly fumigation (for 15 minutes) with 2 drops of essential oil of thyme linalool mixed with 1 tablespoon of powdered milk, poured into a bowl of hot water. From 12 years+.
CLEANSING OF THE AIR: add 5 drops of essential oil of thyme linalool, 5 drops of essential oil of Eucalyptus radiata and 10 drops of lemon essence to a spray diffuser. Diffuse twice per day for 20 minutes for preventive and cleansing purposes. Always ask your pharmacist for advice. From 7 years+.
